Bright Light NLP Thoughts Jar

Last Christmas, my partner Phil gave me the best present. A tiny screw-topped, glass jar labelled “Thoughts Jar: This jar contains a thought for a week and should be used sparingly. Each thought is to be given due consideration throughout the week.”

​Inside the jar there are 52 tiny sheets of coloured paper, and on each one Phil has handwritten a different thought. Some are inspirational quotations, others are thoughts to ponder. Each one has been chosen carefully, and with love.

I love pulling a different thought out each week, and so I have decided to share some of them with you each week on the Bright Light NLP Facebook page. For the next few weeks, Thursday will be “From The Thoughts Jar” day.
