What are you listening to, right now? Perhaps you have some music on. Perhaps you can hear the voices of people around you. Perhaps you can hear traffic noise, or even birds singing. Right now, I can hear rain on the roof.
But what should you be listening to? When did you last stop and pay attention to listening to your own brain and body? Your brain and your body are designed for self-preservation, and so we can truthfully say that "they know what's good for you".
Your brain and your body are communicating with you all the time, in ways that are designed, literally, to keep you alive and healthy. What little signals do you notice?
Spend some time today paying careful attention to everything that your brain is trying to tell you, and everything that your body wants to communicate to you. Reflect on what you learn, and decide if it means that you need to start or stop doing something, or change what you are doing.
